Giving and Receiving: Part Two: Receiving

As the season of giving continues, we turn toward the often-overlooked practice of receiving. Receiving is an invitation for support and surrender, allowing not only your being, but others presence to move and nourish you. Cultivating a space to be held by sound, embodiment, and stillness.

The class will begin at 6pm.

We will begin with a brief introduction and begin with a meditation.

The first half of the class is guided movement to help you feel grounded into the space, connecting with the earth, water, and fire elements.

The second half of the class is an ecstatic dance designed to give you creative freedom to connect to your being, the music, and the space around you. We will connect with the air element and back to your soul with a meditation to ground and integrate the energy of the class.
